Thank you for shopping with GameFrame. All of our frames are precision-engineered and made in Britain. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Dispatch
All GameFrame products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they become available - you will receive an email notification when your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
- United Kingdom - Standard (3–5 business days) · Express (1–2 business days)
- European Union - Standard International (7–14 business days)
- International (USA, Canada, Australia, UAE & more) - Standard International (on request)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@gameframe.club within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
