How to assemble a GameFrame?

Your GameFrame arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

  1. Remove the backboard
    Carefully remove the rear backboard from your GameFrame.
  2. Add your shirt
    Place your shirt over the inner torso and position it naturally.
  3. Make any final adjustments
    Straighten the collar, sleeves, badge, name or number until you’re happy with the presentation.
  4. Replace the backboard
    Secure the backboard back into position.
  5. Display with pride
    Your GameFrame is now ready to hang and enjoy in your location of choice.

What materials do you use?

We use high‑quality, durable materials chosen for strength, rigidity, and a premium finish. Every component is selected to protect your shirt and maintain a clean, modern look for years.

Will my shirt fit inside a GameFrame?

GameFrame is designed to fit most adult sports jerseys including short‑sleeve, long‑sleeve, and match‑worn cuts. If you're unsure contact us for advice.

How do I mount a GameFrame on the wall?

Each GameFrame simply mounts to your chose surface like any other photo frame.

Can I hang it on plasterboard walls?

Yes. GameFrame is lightweight and suitable for most wall types, including plasterboard. Use appropriate fixings for your chosen wall surface.

Is the frame heavy?

No — Infact GameFrame weighs approx, 1.9kg, engineered to be strong yet lightweight, making installation safe and straightforward.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 days. Delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Can I display children's shirts?

Whilst the initial GameFrame release is designed primarily for adult shirts, we’ve also successfully tested smaller sizes, including youth shirts, with excellent results.

Does the frame protect my shirt from dust or fading?

Yes. GameFrame is designed to keep your shirt sealed, clean, and protected. While no display can completely prevent UV fading, keeping your frame out of direct sunlight will maximise long‑term colour protection.

Is the frame easy to open and close?

Very. Our patent‑protected system allows you to open, position, and secure your shirt quickly and confidently - without tools or frustration. Like other options on the market which require specialist framing, GameFrame does not.

Can I change the shirt inside later?

Absolutely. GameFrame is designed for easy shirt changes, so you can update your display whenever you like.

What if my GameFrame arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I clean the frame?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

What is your returns policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your GameFrame, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Personalised engraving:
GameFrames or plaques featuring personalised engraving are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
